Removal of an epiploon of a camshaft carry out in the following order:

– on the AFN engine remove the top casing of the engine;

– disconnect the tip from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;

– remove auxiliary driving belts;

– remove pulleys of auxiliary driving belts and an external casing of a GRM belt;

– establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and remove a GRM belt;

– if it is established, remove the mechanism of a tension of a GRM belt and a camshaft pulley;

– отверините screws also remove an internal casing of a GRM belt established on the block of cylinders;

– uncover gochlovka of the block of cylinders (see section 3.3.10);

– отверините two nuts also remove a forward cover 4 bearings of a camshaft (see fig. 3.68 );

– take a camshaft epiploon.

Installation of an epiploon of a camshaft carry out in the following order:

grease a new epiploon of a camshaft with pure engine oil and establish to the place of the removed;

apply a thin film hermetic on interfaced surfaces of a forward cover of the bearing of a camshaft, then establish a cover on a head of the block of cylinders and wrap nuts the demanded moment;

establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;

establish an internal casing of a gear belt and pulleys;

establish a GRM belt and adjust its tension;

establish an external casing of a GRM belt;

establish auxiliary driving belts and adjust their tension.
