Diesel engines four-cycle, four-cylinder, ryadny, water cooling are established cross-section in motor compartments of cars. All engines, except model 1Y, are equipped with a turbokompressor. The AFN engine established on later models, structurally does not differ from 1Z. The cranked shaft is established on five radical bearings.
On the central bearing persistent half rings by means of which regulate axial люфт a cranked shaft are established. The drive of GRM is carried out by means of a gear belt from a pulley of a cranked shaft. By the same belt it is brought into rotation and an intermediate shaft which in turn gives shesterenny oil and vacuum pumps. The effort from cams of a camshaft is transferred to valves through hydraulic pushers which automatically compensate thermal gaps.
Without removal of the engine from the car it is possible to perform the following works:
– removal and installation of belts of a drive of auxiliary units;
– removal and camshaft installation;
– replacement of an epiploon of a camshaft;
– removal and installation of a gear pulley of a camshaft;
– removal and installation of the water pump;
– replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft;
– removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft;
– removal and installation of a head of the block of cylinders;
– replacement of support of the power unit;
– replacement of an epiploon of an intermediate shaft;
– removal and installation of the oil pump;
