The device of the carburetor is shown on fig. 5.1 .

       PREVENTION
If when dismantling the carburetor the ekonomayzer of 12 moshchnostny modes acts in film, it is necessary to replace it.

Check of the electromagnetic valve 5 (fig. 5.1) carry out in the following order:
– disconnect from the electromagnetic valve the electric tip;
– connect a wire one end to contact to the valve, and other end to a positive conclusion of the storage battery, the crash should be thus audible;
– if the cod is not present — the valve is subject to replacement.
Adjustment of a gap of an air zaslonka carry out in the following order:
– uncover 26 (see fig. 5.1 );

– open a butterfly valve of the first chamber and turn a cam 1 (fig. 5.2) of an air zaslonka so that the screw of 2 adjustments of frequency of rotation of start-up rested against the highest ledge of a cam;

– through an opening 1 (fig. 5.3) a screw-driver move against the stop draft of a pneumodrive of an air zaslonka;
– measure a gap between an air zaslonka and a mouth, it should be 2,0 (0,1 mm. It is possible to measure a gap by a drill in diameter of 2 mm;
– if the gap differs from specified, insert into an opening 1 screw-driver and, turning the adjusting screw, adjust a gap.
Adjustment of the accelerating pump carry out in the following order:
– remove the carburetor;
– uncover the carburetor;
– fill with fuel the poplavkovy chamber and establish a carburetor cover;

– turn a cam 2 (fig. 5.4) so that it did not concern the screw 1;
– put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel;
– holding a cam 2 in this situation, smoothly turn a butterfly valve of the first chamber from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, spending for each course 1 with and maintaining then a pause 3 with, putting thus the accelerating pump in action;
– measure amount of fuel in a beaker and divide on 10, the received result corresponds to amount of fuel submitted by the accelerating pump for 1 cycle. This value should make 1,0 ± 0,15 cm3;
– if the received size differs from specified, it is necessary to adjust productivity of the accelerating pump:
– weaken a screw 1 inhaling (see fig. 5.4 ) and turn a cam 2. At cam turn aside "And" the proizvodlitelnost of the pump increases, aside "In" – decreases;
– tighten the screw 1 and законтрите paint.
Check of the automatic starting arrangement is carried out in the following order:
– disconnect a device wire from a connecting block;
– connect to a device wire a lamp;
– the second wire of a lamp connect to a positive conclusion of the storage battery — the lamp should burn;
– if the lamp does not burn, the starting arrangement means is faulty and is subject to replacement

       PREVENTION
Watch, that labels on a cover and the case of the starting arrangement coincided.

Adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve of the second chamber carry out in the following order:

completely open a butterfly valve of the first chamber and fix it in this situation by a wooden core (fig. 5.5) ;
– turn the lever 1 so that the butterfly valve of the second chamber was closed;
– block the lever 1 elastic band (see fig. 5.5 );
– turn out the persistent screw 2 so that it did not concern an emphasis 3;
– wrap the screw 2 to a contact with an emphasis 3 and then tighten it on a turn quarter;

– remove an elastic band and take out the wooden core, both zaslonka should be closed;
– measure gaps "And" and "In": the gap "And" should make 0,4±0,1 mm, a gap "In" – 1,0±0,1 mm;
– if gaps differ from specified, adjust them, turning in the ends of a fork of the lever 1.
Check of a pneumodrive of an air zaslonka carry out in the following order:
– remove the air filter;
– start the engine and leave to idle;
– smoothly a hand close air until when will feel appreciable resistance. During this moment the gap between an air zaslonka and a mouth should make about 4 mm;
– if resistance is not present, check vacuum hoses on existence of cracks;
– if hoses whole, connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump;
– create in a pneumodrive razryazheny 30 kPas;
– if the pneumodrive is serviceable, the razryazheniye should not fall during 2 mines;
– if the razryazheniye falls, means – the pneumodrive is not tight and is subject to replacement.

Check of a pneumodrive of a butterfly valve of the second chamber is carried out in the following order:
– connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump;
– create in a pneumodrive razryazheny 5 kPas;
– if the razryazheniye does not fall during 2 mines, the pneumodrive is tight;
– otherwise replace a pneumodrive.
Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine carry out in the following order:
– remove the air filter and disconnect a vacuum hose 28 (see fig. 5.1 );
– connect to the engine a control tachometer;
– start the engine and slightly open a butterfly valve of the first chamber before obtaining frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft about 2500 mines-1;
– turn a cam 1 (see fig. 5.2 ) against the stop;
– turn a butterfly valve so that the adjusting screw 2 rested on the ledge second for height;
– check on a control tachometer frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft, it should make 2000±100 mines-1;
– if frequency of rotation differs from specified, adjust it the screw 2.
Adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling carry out in the following order:
– disconnect everything consumers of energy – headlights, the fan, a radio tape recorder, etc.;
– disconnect from the air filter a hose of ventilation and muffle it;
– connect a control tachometer and a gas analyzer;
– turn a cam 1 (see fig. 5.2 ) so that it did not concern the screw 2;

– the adjusting screw 1 (see fig. 5.7 ) quantities of a mix, adjust frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft in limits 800±50 mines-1;
– adjusting the screw of quality (structure) of a mix establish level of the maintenance of an oxide of carbon (WITH) in the fulfilled gases 3,0±0,5 of %.
Adjustment of a cable of the carburetor carry out in the following order:
– remove fixing bracket;
– press against the stop a pedal of an accelerator and fix it in this situation;
– press the lever 2 (see fig. 5.1 ) a butterfly valve, having established a zaslonka in completely open situation, and establish fixing bracket in a stopper on an emphasis so that the lever of a butterfly valve had люфт no more than 1 mm.
