Removal of the lock of a trunk lid make in the following order:
– remove internal furnish of a trunk lid. The cylinder of a drive of the lock is pressed into the case and is kept by lugs.

– disconnect from the lock 3 (fig. 16.16) or 1 (fig. 16.17) draft 4 (fig. 16.16) or 8 (fig. 16.17) .
– note position of the lock by a pencil or a felt-tip pen then unscrew a bolt of fastening and remove the lock from a trunk lid.
– disconnect the electric socket 1 (fig. 16.16) or 7 (fig. 16.17) of a lamp of illumination of a luggage carrier from the lock.
Installation carry out to sequences of return to removal.

Removal of the cylinder of the lock make in the following order:

       NOTE
It is necessary to remove and establish the cylinder of the lock together with the inserted key. On the cars equipped with the central lock, in this mechanism 4 (fig. 16.18) and a spring 5 are provided a ball: try not to lose these details when dismantling.

– on models with the central lock disconnect drafts 8,11 from the lock, pressing a screw-driver in a groove on plasticity;
– remove a rod of a drive of the central lock for what wring out a screw-driver a plastic cracker (it is shown on an insert). At assembly insert a rod before gearing with the polzuny;
– wring out plastic ledges of a clamp and take the cylinder 2 of the case 1.
For dismantling of the cylinder take a lock ring from a cylinder flute then remove other details.
On the central blocking cylinder of a detail are fixed by a stopper 6. Take a stopper from the clown 7 and the cylinder, then insert a key into the lock and take details of the cylinder of the lock.
Assembly carry out to sequences to return dismantling, depending on type of the cylinder of the lock.
Collect and compress cylinder details together so that it was possible to establish a ring of fastening or a stopper of a spring without problems.
At draft connection on models with the central lock insert a core before contact to a latch.
