Removal of the lever of switching off of coupling and the bearing carry out in the following order:

using a screw-driver as the lever, remove the lever of switching off of coupling from a hairpin with a spherical tip on a transmission case;

take the bearing together with the lever of switching off of coupling from the directing plug;

disconnect the bearing from the lever of switching off of coupling.

Check of a technical condition of the bearing of switching off of coupling carry out in the following order:

– the bearing of switching off of coupling should have a soft uniform course and not have thus wear tracks — otherwise the bearing is subject to obligatory replacement;

– it is impossible to wash out the bearing in solvent that can lead to removal from the bearing of greasing and, as a result, to fast wear of the bearing.

Installations of the bearing of switching off of coupling and the lever of switching off of coupling carry out in the following order:

– clear of pollution the lever of switching off of coupling, a hairpin with a spherical tip and directing plug;

– at replacement of the lever of a drive of coupling on models with a mechanical (hummock) drive of coupling establish gear and flat washers in the lever (fig. 7.15) . A gear washer establish the convex party to a casing. For installation of washers use a tubular opravka of the corresponding diameter;

– carry out installation of the bearing and the lever of switching off of coupling to sequences, return to removal. At installation grease a hairpin with a spherical tip and the surface of the bearing contacting to a diafragmenny spring, special greasing. Establish a spring on the lever and establish the lever on a hairpin with a spherical tip to a spring zashchelkivaniye.
