       NOTE
Work is more convenient for carrying out with the assistant.

Air removal from a hydraulic drive of coupling is better for carrying out by means of special installation. Pressure when "pumping" should not exceed 250 kPas.
Air removal from a hydraulic drive of coupling carry out in the following order:
– will hang out and fix basic racks a forward part of the car;

– remove by means of installation air from the main cylinder of the coupling located from a partition of a motor compartment, near the vacuum amplifier of brakes 3 (fig. 7.6) ; remove a protective rubber cap from the union of pumping located in the top part of the cylinder;
– put on a transparent tube the valve of production of air of the main cylinder of coupling, and other end of a tube lower in capacity with a small amount of brake liquid, and the end of a tube should be shipped in brake liquid. The capacity with brake liquid should be at least on 300 mm above the pumping valve — it will help to prevent air hit in the cylinder through a carving of the valve of pumping;
– check, that level of brake liquid in a tank of the main brake cylinder was within norm, and prepare fresh brake liquid for a dolivka;
– press a pedal of coupling and at the pressed pedal unscrew on a half of turn the union of pumping of the main cylinder of coupling. Continuing to press a pedal, force out the liquid which was in system together with air through a tube in capacity. After the pedal will adopt the extreme forward provision, and the liquid effluence through a hose will stop, завернтите the pumping valve against the stop. Repeat these operations while air will not cease to leave a tube. Holding a pedal in the pressed situation, wrap the union against the stop and lift the receiver. Carefully wipe the valve of pumping of the main cylinder of coupling and establish into place a protective cap;
– with similar way remove air from the working cylinder of coupling.
