Removal and installation of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator 

Carry out in the following order

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

remove furnish of the lower part of the dashboard under a steering column;

remove a bracket from the end of a spindle of a pedal of an accelerator, then remove a spindle, the plug and a spring;

remove an accelerator pedal from an arm, having unhooked it from a plate of a cam of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator;

disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator;

unscrew the screw and remove the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator from a pedal arm.

Installation make in sequence, return to removal. Establish a cam plate on a spindle of the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator according to the sizes presented on fig. 5.86 ;

Removal and installation of the sensor  of temperature of cooling liquid

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

merge 1/4 cooling liquids from cooling system;

the sensor is located in the top target branch pipe of system of cooling on the forward party of a head of the block of cylinders;

disconnect the electric tip from the sensor;

remove a bracket of fastening of the sensor and take the sensor from a nest;

installation make in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use a new sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of fuel

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the fuel pump;

unscrew screws and remove the sensor of temperature of fuel;

installation make in sequence, return to removal.

Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of arriving air

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

the sensor is established in an air hose between the heat exchanger and an inlet collector;

disconnect the electric tip from the sensor;

remove a bracket and take the sensor from a nest.

installation make in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of the sensor of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft

Carry out in the following order:

the sensor of turns of a cranked shaft is established on the block of cylinders from a transmission;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

disconnect the electric tip from the sensor;

unscrew the sensor from the block of cylinders;

installation make in sequence, return to removal.

Removal and installation of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air

Carry out in the following order:

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

weaken collars and disconnect a pipe of supply of air from a measuring instrument of a consumption of air and a back part of the case of the air filter;

disconnect the electric socket from a measuring instrument of a consumption of air;

unscrew screws and take a measuring instrument of a consumption of air from the case of the air filter.

Installation make in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of the sensor of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air

Carry out in the following order:

cars till August, 1994:

the sensor is located under the dashboard. For access to the sensor remove the corresponding sections of the dashboard;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

disconnect the electric socket from the sensor.

cars since August, 1994:

the sensor — an integral part of the electronic control device also cannot be removed separately.

Removal and installation of the valve of increase of pressure

Carry out in the following order:

the valve of increase of pressure is established on an internal wing in a back part of a casing of the air filter;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

disconnect the electric tip from the valve;

замаркируйте also disconnect vacuum hoses from the valve of increase of pressure;

unscrew screws and take the valve of increase of pressure from a motor compartment;

installation make in sequence, return to removal.

Removal and installation electronic control device (ECU)

Carry out in the following order:

the ECU block is established in a back part of a motor compartment;

disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;

for access to the ECU block remove the pollen filter;

disconnect the electric socket, unscrew a nut and take the ECU block from the car;

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
