The increased noise and car withdrawal aside when braking, increase in a course of a pedal of a brake and a pulsation of effort on it, leakage of brake liquid testify to malfunction of brake system.

For check of thickness of brake shoes of disk brakes lift the corresponding part of the car and establish it on supports, remove a wheel. Check thickness of blocks through an opening in a support. If necessary remove a support and take blocks for survey. If thickness of frictional overlays of brake shoes less admissible, it is necessary to replace all blocks (in a set). Measure thickness of brake disks by a micrometer. If thickness of a disk less admissible, on it there are cracks or overheat zones — its replacement is necessary.

Before installation of wheels check a condition and freedom of moving of brake hoses. Thus hoses should not concern any sharp sides.

For check of thickness of brake shoes of drum-type brakes remove from a brake board a rubber insert and through an opening visually define a condition of brake shoes (fig. 2.1) .

Replacement of the air filter of system of ventilation of salon. The filter is on the right side in a motor compartment at the windscreen basis (fig. 2.2) . For replacement of the filter it is necessary to execute the following operations:

– release a cover of the air filter turn of clips 1;

– remove rubber consolidation from the corresponding part of a partition of a motor compartment;

– uncover the air filter;

– unbend brackets of 2 fastenings and remove the air filter 3;

– establish the new filter in sequence, return to removal.
