Removal and installation of the pump of system of cooling carry out in the following order:

– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

– merge liquid from cooling system;

– remove the generator and a driving belt;

– remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering;

– unscrew a pulley 3 (fig. 4.7) from a flange of a drive of the pump of system of cooling and remove a pulley;

– weaken collars and disconnect hoses from unions of the pump of system of cooling;

– unscrew a nut and take the special bolt 4, fixing the bottom cover of a drive to the pump of system of cooling;

– unscrew a bolt of 4 fastenings of the pump of system of cooling;

– remove the pump of system of cooling from the block of cylinders and get a sealing ring 6 round sections;

– unscrew bolts and take the pump of system of cooling from the case;

– remove laying;

– in case of malfunction of the pump, replace it completely;

– clear interfaced surfaces of the pump of system of cooling and the case;

– installation of the removed elements make in sequence, return to removal.
