The lever of the selector put in action by the driver, is connected by a cable to the gear shifting lever on a transmission. The lever of gear shifting of transmission in turn puts in action the valve of a manual drive in the block of valves.
Blocking of transfer is provided with the block of electronic control by transmission. The control unit includes and disconnects the traction relay on the selector lever, preventing lever moving from the provisions Park and Neutral under certain conditions.
The sensor of inclusion of the low gear, built in a cable of management of a butterfly valve, gives a signal on transmission. This signal is used by the electronic control unit for a choice of the most optimum transfer.
The selector lever assembled, including the traction relay of blocking of the included transfer, is shown on fig. 8.69 . By pressing of the trigger button on the lever the pusher located in the lever is put in action. The unblocking of the mechanism is thus carried out and possibility of inclusion of other transfer is provided.
Cable of the selector of transfers
The cable of the selector fastens from the interior of the selector mechanism for a finger and is fixed by a bracket. The site of a finger is shown on fig. 8.70 . Before installation put on a cable tip a thin layer of greasing.
On the other hand the cable incorporates to the lever of gear shifting of transmission by means of a special bolt with a fillet, and the cover of a cable fastens a bracket to an arm on a transmission case. From transmission before installation also it is required to grease a cable tip slightly.
Adjustment of a cable carry out in the following order:
transfer the selector lever to the situation Park;
weaken a bolt with a fillet, a fixing cable of the selector to the gear shifting lever on a transmission;
be convinced that the mechanism of transmission provided the demanded situation Park, on what will specify operation of the automatic zamkovy device;
tighten a bolt.
Automatic zamkovy device
The automatic zamkovy device (fig. 8.71) is a part of the mechanism of the selector of transfers.
Operation of the zamkovy device is reached at turning on of the traction relay of the zamkovy device by the electronic control unit. The traction relay turns a persistent plate, blocking a pusher of the lever of the selector. Mechanism liberation is thus excluded from the situation which is set by a clamp of the selector.
The control unit turns on the traction relay every time when the lever is established in the provisions Park or Neutral. By pressing of a pedal of a brake the control unit the signal of shutdown of the traction relay then the lever of the selector can move to other situation arrives.
In the traction relay of the zamkovy device there are the longitudinal grooves intended for fastening providing adjustment of position of the traction relay.
Disconnect the socket and at the disconnected traction relay adjust its situation (fig. 8.72) . After adjustment check operation of the zamkovy device in the provisions Park or Neutral, and also operation of the lever of the selector in all provisions.
