For synchronization of operation of krivoshipno-shatunny and gas-distributing mechanisms at engine assembly before its dismantling or before installation of a head of the block of cylinders carry out installation of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in VMT of a step of compression and the corresponding angle of rotation (the provision of cams) camshaft. Installation is carried out on adjusting labels on a flywheel. For access to it turn out a cap of a case of coupling. Turn a cranked shaft a key for a pulley bolt before combination of labels on a flywheel and on a coupling case (fig. 3.61) .
To blocking of a camshaft and a pulley of the fuel pump of a high pressure (TNVD) in provisions of the corresponding VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 apply special adaptations.
Blocking from a provorachivaniye of a camshaft carry out in the following order:
– establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in VMT;

– stop a camshaft 2 (fig. 3.62) the special adaptation 1;
– turn a camshaft so that one end of the adaptation 1 leaned on a head of the block of cylinders and змерьте a gap between it and the second end of the adaptation with the help щупа;
– insert into a gap щуп with a thickness to an equal half of the measured gap;
– turn a camshaft so that the end of the adaptation leaned on щуп;
– insert щуп the same thickness on the other side of the adaptation.

After blocking of a camshaft fix a gear pulley 2 (fig. 3.63) of TNVD from a provorachivaniye a special core 1 which screw in an opening of a forward arm of 3 fastenings of TNVD.
