On fig. 16.50 and 16.51 details of the lock of a back door, a clamp, the mechanism of unlocking and the internal handle are shown. For removal and installation of these details in most cases it is required to remove a decorative upholstery with a water insulating film. The external door handle fastens the screw 1 (fig. 16.52) access to which is provided from the interior of a door. After an otvorachivaniye of the screw displace the handle in the arrow direction, turn and remove from an axis.

For removal of the door lock with a latch block the lever, as is shown in fig. 16.53 .

Check existence of damages on a washer and a bracket.

Adjust a free wheeling of the handle turn of an adjusting bolt.

Adjusting data:

free wheeling of the handle (a gap between an end face of an adjusting bolt) – 0,1–1,0 mm.
